CityHousing Hamilton manages facilities ranging in type, including but not limited to: - High, Mid, and Low-rise Apartments (44 buildings, approximately 5,000 units) - Townhouses (60 Townhouse complexes, approximately 1,800 units) - Semi-Detached houses/Single family homes (approximately 248 units) The scope of Work for this Request for Tenders includes: a) Inspection and testing of fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, fire separation doors, fire shutters, disconnect switches, chimney flues, and fire extinguishers. b) Inspection and testing of fire pumps, air handling ducts and vents, fire dampers and fire stops. c) Documentation of Work completed, supply certificates as required, and log as required in CityHousing Hamilton Fire logbooks onsite. d) Fire hydrants, annual inspections e) Smoke alarm testing in approximately 7,100 units f) Semi Annual inspection and certification of commercial kitchen equipment including hood suppression systems g) On Demand repairs and service h) After hours response emergency repairs and service CityHousing Hamilton's Project number is ST23-02.
