Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Chesapeake, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

As of December 15th, 2022 this project is pending an award decision. The Project or Work consists of replacement of 4,200 linear feet of 18-inch and 24-inch gravity sewer and associated manholes and service laterals and 1,500 linear feet of 10-inch force main, abandonment with flowable fill to 5,600 linear feet of pipe and 14 structures, trenchless installation of a 42-inch steel casing pipe under the railroad, removal of existing outfall pipe and headwall, connection of City sanitary system to the new HRSD system and rehabilitation to 3 City structures, mill and overlay roadway and site restoration. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid shall be submitted electronically with each Bid.
