Renovation of a municipal facility in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work consists of replacement of a steam boiler located in the basement of the Humboldt Courthouse, as per drawings and specifications prepared by Stantec. General Contractors will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to documents being issued. Last Day for Questions: November 24, 2022 Full bid packages will be made available to interested bidders by contacting the consultant, Stantec Consulting Ltd., 100 - 75 24th Street East, Saskatoon, dwayne.kostiuk@stantec.com. Telephone: 306-667-2510. Arrangements for distribution of the packages will be coordinated with each interested party upon request via email. Printed copies of the bid packages will not be provided for this process. Tenders will be evaluated based on the information contained in the tender documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received. The Bidder shall submit a Bid Bond with their bid endorsed "ten percent of Bid Price" as evidence of good faith. The Bid Bond shall be in favour of the Owner, and shall be in the form of an electronic or digital format.
