Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a stadium; and fitness / recreation center.
Construction of a tribute arena and training centre to be located adjacent to the Elgar Peterson Arena. The facility will include an artificial ice surface, a training and fitness facility, multi-purpose rooms, and a therapy and rehabilitation centre. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual and subject to financing. Funding may be secured through the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) funding and a combination of municipal funding, partner contribution and fundraising. Timelines for design, tender and construction are yet to be determined. Further update may be available in 2025.
