Quotes to include: a) All costs to remove the existing structure and construct the new structure as per the included drawing (Drawing Name - Main Floor Plan Roof Framing Plan Sections Drawing). b) Base your bid using the general information above, the attached drawing details and the scheduled mandatory site visit to determine required materials and existing conditions. c) Provide all work, materials and equipment that may be reasonably inferable as being required to produce the intended result, whether specifically called for. d) Work must be completed between June 30, 2023, and August 31, 2023, and between regular business hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. e) The City of Humboldt has obtained the services of Robb Kullman Engineering LLP to produce the drawings and attend the mandatory site visit. * Award subject to final approval.
