The Newark Housing Authority is Accepting Sealed Bids to Furnish Labor and Materials to Clean & Remove Soot and Scale From Boilers, Hot Water Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Tubes, Combustion Chambers, Breeching and Chimneys of Heating Plants and Non Routine Repairs on as Needed Basis at Various Housing Complexes. the Contract Term Shall Be for a Period of Two (2) Years With the Option to Renew for One (1) Additional Year The deadline for posting questions and requests pertaining to this IFB is Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 10:00 AM . Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27 (PL 1975 c 127 Affirmative Action). This solicitation is subject to the requirements of NJSA 40A:11-1 et seq. and 2 CFR 200 et seq. These bids are being solicited through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The Housing Authority of the City of Newark reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in the Bidding. The NHA also reserves the right to award all or a portion of the award to one (1) or more responsible responsive Bidders. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the Bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the City of Newark.
