Spanish Fork City is seeking the help of an interior design/decorator firm to aid the City in decorating the new Library Hall building & possibly future City buildings. - Furniture for Library Hall has already been selected. The city is now seeking consulting services for wall decorations and other small furnishings (faux plants, etc.) - Construction for the Library Hall building is expected to be completed by February 1, 2023 - The City anticipates opening the building on April 1, 2023 at which time it would be expected to be fully decorated - The areas where we anticipate wall decorations are identified in the document attached to this packet that is titled "Building Design Packet - Spaces for Interior Decorations" Please submit a proposal through BidSync that includes the following sections and is no more than 20 pages: 1. History of your company 2. Description of experience with interior decorating/designing commercial and/or government buildings 3. Process you would follow to help City decorate Library Hall 4. Timeline of project 5. Estimated # of hours necessary to complete project 6. Cost per hour 7. Recommendation on the amount the city should budget for the purchase of wall decorations and small furnishings based on areas identified in the "Building Design Packet - Spaces for Interior Decorations" document. We understand this is just a rough estimate as we have not identified spaces for small furnishings (faux plants, etc.) and the quality of the decorations could differ dramatically 8. Biography of team members that would be working on the project Top candidates will be contacted by Friday, November 11th and be invited to participate in a 30 minute interview with the Spanish Fork Interior Designer/Decorator selection committee. The interviews will be held between 2:30 and 5pm on Tuesday, November 15th. Candidates have the option of coming in person or joining remotely.
