Qualified professional engineering firms to submit their Statements of Interest and Qualifications for preliminary engineering services (Phase I and Phase II) for the removal and replacement of a bridge (SN 066-3013) carrying CH 22 (FAS 222) over Toms Creek north of Alexis, Illinois.
