Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Arnold, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "ATHLETIC FLOORING PROJECT" in the lower left corner. Any questions concerning the work or to arrange an appointment to review the work locations, should be directed to Karen Fay at kfay@arnoldmo.org Bid documents must be hand delivered to the City Clerk's office at 2101 Jeffco Blvd. Documents will not be accepted unless this process is followed. Bidder qualifying documents shall be required for NON-certified contractors submitted in a separate envelope clearly marked "Athletic Floor Roof Bid Qualifying Documents". Athletic Floor bid shall be in a separate envelope clearly marked " Athletic Floor Bid" with the specification/project number clearly indicated. All bids shall be made in duplicate on the printed forms found in the contract documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the City of Arnold, Missouri, in the amount of ten (10%) of the amount of the bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder or bidders will enter into a contract and furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the Contract within ten (10) days after the award is made. The City of Arnold hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept the bid or bids that in its judgment will be for the best interest of the City of Arnold, Missouri.
