A FACE MASK WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE WORN INSIDE OF THE BUILDING DURING THE WALK THROUGHS. A McCarthy & Smith, Inc. representative will coordinate the walk throughs. All bids must include the Familial Disclosure Affidavit, the Iran Linked Business Affidavit and the Criminal Background Check Affidavit which are in the Ann Arbor Public Schools manual. Ann Arbor Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept a bid other than the lowest bid.
