Renovation of a municipal facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Asset Management (DAS EAM), has a need to contract for the services of a general contractor to provide interior renovations and boiler replacement work in Mahonia Hall. HydroTemp was selected to perform the work identified by this Purchase Order and is well suited for the projected scope. This project has an extreme and sensitive timeline for construction. HydroTemp has a specialized skill set related to HVAC systems and repairs which comprise a significant portion of this work. They also have the ability to perform the work within the timeline required. They also have a team team of subcontractors to perform the work necessary. Of the two other possible PA firms, neither firm has the level of experience and history with HVAC systems work. In addition, one was already working on a time sensitive project for DAS-EAM. It was important that they not be distracted from that important project as well. This posting is a NOTICE ONLY. This process follows, work order process. A&E Services under PA# PO-10700-00006536. Protests can be sent to: Kelly.Mann@das.oregon.gov Protests must be received. This is a notice of vendor selection under the already established Price Agreements for Trade Services. This is NOT a solicitation. No bids will be accepted.
