Z057000376 The project consists of the furnishing and installation of mini-split HVAC systems for a portion of the Control Building, which include: one 200-cfm Energy Recovery Ventilator with a 40 Long, R8 insulated ductwork; 3 wall-mounted outdoor units (96k BTU/H total); 7 indoor units with individual remote controls; all electrical equipment, wiring and conduits, supports & accessories. Question Deadline 11/10/2022 at 2:00 PM ET The cutoff date for questions ,Questions and answers will be through email only, they will be distributed to all bidders. Questions over the phone will not be answered. A. Forms 1. Bid Forms. 2. Bid Guarantee (Bid Bond, signed and emboss sealed by Contractor and Surety, or a Certified Check) in the amount equal to 10 % of the amount of the bid. 3. Experience, Equipment and Financial Statement for Prospective Bidders. 4. Information to be provided by the Bidder. 5. Non-collusive affidavit. B. Supporting documents 1. Certified copy of Power of Attorney 2. Certificate from a Surety Company certifying that the surety would provide the required bonds if Bidder were awarded the Contract 3. The Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse any or all bids submitted; and reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. NONDISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act No. 222. The requirements for Bidders and Contractors under these enactments are explained in the Specifications. This is a municipal project, in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of 1961, P.L. 987, No. 442, all contracted public projects are required to comply with prevailing minimum wage rates (included in the bid documents), including contributions for employee benefits, for the sector in which the work is to be performed. Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw its bid within either sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of opening thereof or one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days if the award is delayed by a required approval of another governmental agency, the sale of bonds or the award of a grant or grants.
