Z057000376 The project consists of the furnishing and installation of mini-split HVAC systems for a portion of the Control Building, which include: one 200-cfm Energy Recovery Ventilator with a 40 Long, R8 insulated ductwork; 3 wall-mounted outdoor units (96k BTU/H total); 7 indoor units with individual remote controls; all electrical equipment, wiring and conduits, supports & accessories. Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw its bid within either sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of opening thereof or one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days if the award is delayed by a required approval of another governmental agency, the sale of bonds or the award of a grant or grants.
