Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Antrim, New Hampshire. Design plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
As of February 7, 2024, an architect has been selected for the project. A firm timeline has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Antrim requests proposals from qualified firms for architectural drawings and engineering plans for improvements to be made at Antrims Gregg Lake Beach Park. Phase I improvements include a new facility to house restrooms, concessions, and office and storage space, as well as site improvements for accessibility and stormwater management. Architectural drawings and engineering plans will be based on work completed in the Feasibility Study phase of the project. The Town of Antrim has been selected by the NH Department of Parks and Recreation to receive grant funding through Land and Water Conservation Act Grant Round 32 to support this project.
