The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all related appurtenances. Funding Source for This Project is Water State Revolvong Fund the Contractor Shall Furnish All Labor Insurance Equipment Materials and Power for the Complete Performance of the Following Project Flp to Wwps Electrical Intertie Flp Site Contruction as Follows Installation of Conductors, Conduit, and Electrical Equipment Terminating at Utility 2 Circuit Breaker Within Electrical Building at Three Rivers Filtration Plan All in Accordance With the Bidding Documents as Prepared by Fort Wayne City Utilities. No Bid Will Be Accepted From, or Contract Awarded to Any Person, Firm, or Corporation That is in Arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Upon Any Debt or Contract, or, Who Has Failed to Execute, in Whole or in Part in a Satisfactory Manner, Any Contract With the City; or, Who is a Defaulter as to Surety or Otherwise, Upon Any Obligation to the City, or is Engaged in Litigation With the City.
