Only those Contract Documents obtained in this manner will enable a prospective bidder to be identified as an official plan holder of record. The Provider takes no responsibility for the completeness of Contract Documents obtained from other sources. Contract Documents obtained from other sources may not be accurate or may not contain addenda that may have been issued All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via email and will be available at revplans.biddyhq.com and keystone.biddyhq.com. Plan holders who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use and coordinate directly with the printer for hard copies of addenda to be issued. There will be no charge for registered plan holders to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda The deposit will be refunded to those who submit a bid and return the complete set of documents in good order, within 30 days following the bid opening. Non-bidders including suppliers and subcontractors will not be eligible for refund. Each proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Town of Fallsburg in the amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 5.01 and 5.02 of the General Conditions. All work on this project is to be substantially completed within 120 calendar days following Contract Award. The Town of Fallsburg strongly encourages MBE, WBE and Section 3 firms to bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. The Contractor shall include with his proposal, a signed "Statement of Non-Collusion" in the format contained herein.
