Renovation of a municipal facility in N Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Dartmouth, acting through the Board of Selectman, invites sealed bids for Garage Renovation to the Dartmouth Maintenance Garage, 1048 Allen Street, Dartmouth, MA in accordance with the contract documents prepared by Russo Barr Associates of Woburn, MA. Bids are subject to Chapter 149, Sections 26 through 27D inclusive and Sections 44A through 44L inclusive. Sub-Bidders are to be DCAMM certified in Roofing and Electrical. General Bidders are to be DCAMM certified in General Construction. All questions about the bid specifications and plans are to be directed to David Sacco, Project Engineer, of Russo Barr Associates at (781)273-1537 ext. 409. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept the proposal they deem best for the Town of Dartmouth.
