Renovation of an educational facility in Brownsburg-Chatham, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and major renovations to the two building of Bouchard elementary school (main building located at 294 De l'Église Street and Annex located at 388 Principale Street in Brownsburg-Chatham). The scope of work mainly includes a significant improvement of dilapidated buildings and bringing them up to standard. No major transformation or increase of reception capacity are planned. The project includes complete asbestos removal, fungal decontamination, roof repairs, replacement of exterior siding, doors and windows, other major exterior and interior renovations as well as replacement/repair of the building's electrical and mechanical systems and structural improvements. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. The project is going through reglementary approval process. Owner expects to issue a tender for the general contractor in spring/summer 2026.
