Upgrades, repairs and major renovations to the two building of Bouchard elementary school (main building located at 294 De l'Église Street and Annex located at 388 Principale Street in Brownsburg-Chatham). The scope of work mainly includes a significant improvement of dilapidated buildings and bringing them up to standard. No major transformation or increase of reception capacity are planned. The project includes complete asbestos removal, fungal decontamination, roof repairs, replacement of exterior siding, doors and windows, other major exterior and interior renovations as well as replacement/repair of the building's electrical and mechanical systems and structural improvements. TIMELINE: The project was put temporary on hold by the owner for budgetary reasons. No timelines for development of the project are determined at this time. Further update in late 2026.
