Reference number : 1692782 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-06 The CITY OF BROWNSBURG-CHATHAM is requesting tenders for the repair of Montée la Branche over a distance of approximately 2,990 linear metres. Only bids from contractors with a establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement, and holding, where applicable, the license required under the building law (RSQ, cB - 1.1). Only bidders who have obtained the tender document directly from SÉAO are eligible to bid. To be valid, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn on a chartered bank or a bid bond issued by an insurance company for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender, payable to the order of the town of Brownsburg-Chatham. This bond shall be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date opening of tenders. In addition, the submission must be accompanied by a letter of consent issued by an insurance company appearing on the board of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), guaranteeing the issuance, in favor of the city of Brownsburg-Chatham, a performance bond and a contractor's bond for wages, materials and services if the bidder becomes the successful bidder.
