Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Topeka, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The City of Topeka is requesting proposals for professional engineering services for SW Topeka Boulevard from SW 29th Street to SW 21st Street.. The services include providing engineering design and construction documents for a 2 inch mill and 2 inch asphaltic concrete overlay, remove and replace curb and gutter where necessary, localized base patching, and/or replacement in failing sections. Q And A Close11/17/2022 4:30:00 AM Final project drawings, project manual with technical specifications, and cost estimates will be completed for a bid letting in the spring of 2022 and construction in the summer 2022. The Engineering Division will administer the Project for the City. This project will produce a set of drawings and project manual for a roadway reconstruction project. The project will be designed and constructed in accordance with the City of Topeka and Shawnee County Standard Technical Specifications. Basic Services provided may include, but are not limited to the following:
