Renovation of a multi-residential development in Huntington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The attached Plans and Specs have not changed other than the prebid meeting date and bid due date. The project consists ofthe replacement of existing elevator equipment and installation of new equipment, controllers, pump unit, cab interior, shaft improvements, and other associated equipment required for the complete upgrade The contractor shall perform all work as shown, indicated or implied on Contract Documents prepared by Adkins Design, Inc. dated October, 2022. The contractor shall visit the site and become familiar with all aspects of the work to be performed and shall make all exploratory investigations required to insure that all the work can be performed and completed and shall include all necessary work associated to complete the work as indicated and to the intent of the drawings and specifications.
