As of September 26, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on mid-October. The project consists ofthe removal and replacement ofroof-mounted 3-cell cooling towers for the Drinko Library and Drinko Science Center on the Marshall University Campus in Huntington, West Virginia, including the following: The project requires piping alterations, insulation, and electrical work. Associated work includes the following: a. Selective demolition and reconstruction of HVAC components as well as adjacent building construction including floors and walls b. Removal of an existing roof-mounted cell cooling tower c. Removal of existing piping, electrical and structural items as indicated on the Drawings and as specified. d. Provision of new roof-mounted 3-cell cooling tower, associated electrical piping and structural items as indicated on the Drawings and as specified. e. New HVAC Controls for cooling tower and tie-in to existing front-end. f. Documentation of existing laydown and lift area prior to commencement of work. h. Protection ofroof and roofing systems warranties throughout this work. g. Restoration of all areas impacted by work compared to existing documented
