Install felt bumpers to all impact surfaces throughout the home (Door jambs, cabinet doors and drawers, ect.) Replace deteriorated baseboards where needed. Install high rise commode (American Standard or written approved equal). Install in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. To include flange, bolts and new supply line. Must be caulked to the floor. Install new shower door sweep. Replace existing shower door catch with a new catch.
