The City of Destin, Florida, is currently receiving sealed competitive Bids for Miscellaneous Asphaltic Concrete Continuing Services Contract for one year with the option for four additional one-year renewals not to exceed five years. The Scope of Work will include, but not be limited to miscellaneous asphalt and concrete work for City projects to include providing all tools, machines, equipment, labor, materials and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The successful Bidder shall be required to supply the City with copies of current Liability Insurance and Workmen's Compensation coverage . The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or portions thereof, to waive minor defects and informalities in the process, to accept the Bid(s) or take any other actions deemed by the City to be in the City's best interest.
