**As of December 8, 2022, project was awarded to Wenger Excavating, Inc awarded amount is $408,583.92** All questions should be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the bid opening. This is 11/10/2022, 2:00 PM. Questions regarding specifications should be addressed in writing to Purchasing Department, at purchasing@cantonohio.gov THIS PPROJECT WILL CONSIST ELIMINATING the existing SIDEWALK ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF HURSH PL. BETWEEN THE INTERSECTIONS OF ROSLYN AVE. AND FLORAL AVE. AND WIDENING THE ROADWAY TO PROVIDE ON-STREET PARKING. THE REMAINING EXISTING PA VEMENT WILL BE MILLED AND FILLED. NEW CURB WILL BE INSTALLED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ROADWA Y AND NEW SIDEWALK ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE. NEW WATERLINE WILL BE ADDED The total estimated construction cost for the Base Bid Work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $410,213.14.
