Renovation of a mixed-use development in Royal Oak, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 29,230-square-foot educational facility.
The Roofing Contractor shall be considered the prime contractor and include in his base bid, all cost relating to: 1. Royal Oak Schools (ROS) 2023 Roofing Program work for two (2) schools covering approximately 29,230 sq. ft. Roofing work includes roof replacement required to remediate all defects identified in the restoration schedules and drawings inclusive of all Bid Documents requirements. 2. Schedule: a. Reroof Work: Contractor(s) will have approximately 45 work days to substantially complete by August 18, 2023 Pre-job conference to be scheduled within five (5) days after award, to be determined by Mark Paulus, Owner's Representative at (248) 880-6791.
