For 2022-2023 Emulsion Flocculent Polymer Bids received after such date and time will not be considered. Bidders accept all risks of late delivery, regardless of fault. Bids properly received will be opened and read aloud publicly in Districts Administration Building. The District is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this Invitation to Bid. Materials under this Contract include: Praestol K274 FLX Emulsion Flocculent Polymer Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids shall constitute offers to the District, which shall be binding for 60 days from the date of bid opening. The District reserves the right to reject any bid, any portion of any bid and/or to reject all bids. The District further reserves the right, but without obligation, to waive informalities and irregularities. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a bid guaranty (certified or cashiers check, surety bond, or postal money order) payable to Alderwood Water & Wastewater District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. The District will not have bid documents available for purchase.
