This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Schedule of Items/Price Schedule This requirement may be awarded for more than one (1) Firm Fixed Price Commercial Services Contract for White Salmon Mollusk and Amphibian Survey. Vendors will note the available quantity of each of the items that they are able to provide. A. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ response date from 26 October 2022 at 1500 PT to 09 November 2022 at 1500 PT. B. While this is amendment 0002, there is no amendment 0001 due to clerical error in contact writing system. Period of Performance: 11/21/2022 to 12/31/2023 The purpose of this requirement is to survey for target mollusks and amphibians within defined survey units. These surveys will be conducted within and adjacent to proposed vegetation management units on the Mount Adams Ranger District, Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Surveys will be conducted following established written protocols. Survey areas and survey acres are listed in Attachments 1a and 1b for Phase 1 and Attachments 2a and 2b for Phase 2.
