The City of Fort Valley is accepting Sealed Bids from qualified vendors for BUILDING RENOVATIONS. The scope of the project is as follows: EXTERIOR REPAIR (SIDING REPLACEMENT) INTERIOR PAINTING EXTERIOR PAINTING FLOORING REPLACEMENT The project location is 101 Murray Road, Fort Valley, GA 31030 (PEACH COUNTY SENIOR CENTER) The City of Fort Valley reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids based on past performance and to waive technicalities and informalities and re-advertise. All Minority, Women and Small Businesses are strongly an encouraged to apply. Only responsive proposals that are determined to meet the requirements and criteria set forth by the City of Fort Valley will be considered. A bid bond of 5% will need to be included at the time of bid submission. The successful bid will be awarded at the December 2022 meeting of Mayor and Council.
