This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority ("Island Health") as it is seeking tenders from qualified bidders to complete mechanical/refrigeration services, Priory Hospital, located at 567 Goldstream Ave, Victoria, BC, V9B 2W4 ("the Project.") Tenders must be received no later than the Submission Deadline and must be received by the time indicated on Island Health's computer clock. Onus and responsibility rests solely with the Bidder to ensure delivery and receipt of its Tender in the manner described. Island Health does not accept any responsibility or liability for the delivery and receipt of submissions.
