Bidding and construction is estimated to take place in early 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Proposals for engineering services to provide design and permitting services and other necessary skills to perform all work described in the Request for Proposals entitled: The State of Nebraska, Department of Natural Resources reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and re-advertise for proposals; and further reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
