Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

A. Project No. 593-22-101 NAICS Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, $39.5M IAW FAR 36.204- Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 B. This is a firm-fixed price construction requirement. Offerors shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, required engineering services, overhead, and profit to Upgrade ATS Controls at BLDG 3 located at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS)- North Las Vegas Medical Center per the SOW, specifications, and drawings. C. Place of performance is at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS), 6900 N. Pecos Rd., N. Las Vegas, NV 89086. D. An offer guarantee is required in the form of a bid bond, which may be submitted electronically by the proposal due date/time to the Contract Specialist, Christopher Whipple by email at christopher.whipple@va.gov. Note: Performance and payment bonds will be required by the successful offeror within ten (10) days of notice of award. All provisions, clauses, and other terms and conditions are IAW the respective VISN 21 MACC contract Group 2. E. An award will be made to the offeror that is responsive to the terms of the TORFP and is most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price related factors included in the TORFP. The Government intends to award a task order without conducting discussions with offerors; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussion if later determined to be necessary by the Contracting Officer. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other thanthe lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. One firm-fixed price construction task order will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. F. Project completion date: 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. G. Questions and/or request for information (RFI) must be submitted using the RFI form, attached and are due by 22 February 2023 NLT 14:00 P.M. PST. to the Contract Specialist, Christopher Whipple, by email at christopher.whipple@va.gov. H. All MACC (Group 2) holders are afforded the opportunity to submit an offer for this TORFP. All interested MACC (Group 2) holders shall submit a proposal for this task order that responds to the instruction as stated in this TORFP. I. A pre-proposal conference and site visit have been scheduled IAW FAR 52.236-27 Alternate I. Meet up location is at the Administration Building 6 Police counter/lobby waiting area, VASNHCS 6900 N. Pecos Rd.,North Las Vegas, NV 89086. COVID-19 screenings will take place upon entry, and face masks are required at all times while on campus. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
