Pine Hills Bus Transfer Station Construction DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS: MONDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2022 @ 2:00 PM E.S.T. The construction of the Pine Hills Transfer Center will include site grading, a concrete bus circulation and loading/unloading zone, a pedestrian platform with custom canopy, a rain garden with concrete retaining walls, the installation ofseven (7) prefabricated busshelters, an asphalt parking lot, enclosed drainage, landscaping, a twelve-foot wide concrete trail passing through the site from Silver Star Road to Pine Hills Road and a one-story building. Improvements also consist of the reconstruction of Belco Drive (asphalt pavement and soil cement base with stabilization) and improvements along Silver Star Road which consist of lengthening the left turn lane, reconstructing two (2) driveways and a new mast arm with associated signal heads at Belco Drive. The gravity sewer line running on the west side of Belco Drive will also be replaced. The Urban League driveway will be relocated and their parking lot will be resurfaced as part of LYNX's agreement with them. A gravel parking lot will be constructed on the west side for overflow parking.
