This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit responses for the establishment of contract(s) for Fire Protection Services (Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, and Fire Extinguisher). This RFP is divided into three categories of service: Category A: Fire Alarms, Category B: Fire Suppression Systems including Special Hazard Systems and Category C: Fire Extinguishers: Inspection, Maintenance, Training, and Furnishing. Responders can provide a response to one, two, or all categories. Each category will be evaluated separately. If responding to more than one category, Responders must submit the associated Exhibit D Price Schedule and Capability Requirements for each Category they are responding to. The Responders will be required to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, supplies, necessary or incidental, for the categories' scope of work being proposed. The Contract(s) will be available to all State agencies and CPV Members.
