The County of Santa Clara (the "County") is requesting bids from prospective providers for Environmental Testing Services to the County of Santa Clara's Roads and Airports Department, Valley Medical Center ("SCVMC") -Facilities Department, Office of the District Attorney, Consumer and Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Environmental Health, Facilities and Fleet Department and Parks and Recreation Department in accordance with the terms and conditions as specified in this Invitation to Bids ("ITB"). The scope of services are described in the attached Bid Specifications and Requirements. The County's intent is to award a three (3) year agreement with two (2) optional years, to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The quantities indicated are estimates and based on County's estimated annual usage. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract or purchase order is awarded, the required products and/or services are to be provided on an as-needed basis or pre-determined schedule This is an ALL or NONE Bid. Bidder must bid on all tests listed within Bid Response Form to be considered for an award. The County reserves the right to award in full or partial. DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Bid price should include all charges related to the testing. Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidders Representation and Declaration Submittal Form with Local Preference to be considered for an award.
