Minor Public Work: Installation of Recycled Water Blow-off and Dewatering Systems Phase 2 Description of Work: The project generally involves 1. Relocating the existing recycled water truck fill station on Los Esteros Rd.; 2. Replacing the existing six (6) recycled water truck fill stations at Spring St.& McKendrie St., Spring St., Corie Ct., Yerba Buena Rd., Piercy Rd., Hellyer Ave.. Engineer's Estimate: $327,300.00 All prospective bidders are hereby cautioned that the Contractor's State License Law regulates contractor licensing matters. The Contractor, in its bid proposal, shall be required to disclose its license type, number, and expiration date. Bidders must have a valid California contractor's license, classification A, to bid this project. The contractor and all listed subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations in accordance with California Labor Code Sections 1725.5 and 1771.1. The City will not accept a bid in which the contractor or any of the listed subcontractors are not registered in accordance with Sections 1725.5 and 1771.1. Submit questions via Biddingo no later than Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 11:00 am. Bidders must submit questions or requests for information concerning any part of this bid in writing to the City via Biddingo.
