The Board of Trustees of the Alum Rock Union Elementary School District (District) of Santa Clara County, State of California, is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide full architectural planning and design services for projects. The projects will be identified in the Facilities Master Plan, currently being completed, and the Facility Assessment Report. All Proposals shall be valid for one hundred twenty days (120) days after the Proposal opening date. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
