The Town of Garden City, Alabama is accepting quotations for the purchase and delivery of Meter & Distribution System Improvements for Contract No. 1 - AMR Equipment Purchase & Manufacturer Services. Sealed Bids shall include the completion of the Materials Bid Form (Document 00 41 13)Material proposal must include individual unit pricing. Bid proposals shall include terms, availability, firm unit pricing and FOB delivery to a site determined within the Town of Garden City's distribution-system area. Owner reserves the right to consider alternative pricing proposals. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid and in the form of a certified check, bank money order or a bid bond (included in Document 00 43 13 - Bid Security Form). A certified bid tabulation will be delivered to all Bidders upon review of the proposals. Bid shall be submitted on Materials Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days from the date of the opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
