Renovation of a parking garage in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Contract Documents provide for the construction of Bid 9785 Civic Center Parking Structure Elevator Modernization. The scope of work consists of providing Elevator Modernization of the two existing elevators at the Civic Center Parking Structure. Work will need to be done in two phases, one for each elevator so that one elevator is always operational at a times. Selected Contractor is responsible for any required temporary heat, temporary enclosures, demolition, furnish and install of all flooring, trim, and finishes. The selected Contractor is required to make provisions in their BID for any work that is required to be done outside of normal work hours or on the weekends. The selected Contractor is required to communicate with the City Project Manager 48 hours in advance for any schedule adjustments.
