Construction Management & Related Services In order to comply with RCW Chapter 39.80, the Kennewick School District is announcing its requirements for consultants interested in providing architecture, engineering, construction management, and related professional services for the 2022-23 school year. Design professionals, architectural, engineering, construction management firms and consultants interested in providing services to the Kennewick School District for potential projects including but not limited to new construction, modernization, facility upgrades, or infrastructure maintenance Submittals should include a letter of interest and information identifying your expertise and experience in architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, landscape design, structural engineering, construction management, or other related areas associated with school facilities, including but not limited to: commissioning, project management, value engineering, constructability review, special inspections/testing, surveying geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting. If you have submitted a Statement of Qualifications to the Capital Projects Department within the past year, and the information within the Statement of Qualifications has not changed, the letter of interest can be sent via email to dustin.fisk@ksd.org. All submittals will be kept on file. The District will evaluate information provided by prospective firms under this announcement with the intent to match the capability of the firm qualifications with the size and scope of work. The District encourages Statement of Qualifications from minority and women owned firms.
