Sealed Proposals for "Maintenance Projects in Marion County, Ohio in the Scioto River Watershed for years 2023, 2024 & 2025 " for the removal of leaning trees, standing dead trees, fallen trees, logs, log jams, and other debris and other work as directed by the Scioto Conservancy Board The Maintenance Contract shall be for an approximate three year term commencing on January 1, 2023 and terminating December 31, 2025. The Maintenance Contract shall contain all the terms and conditions required by the Board of Directors for compliance by the successful contractor. Bids shall be submitted on forms furnished by the Board of Directors of the Scioto Conservancy District. Bids shall be for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment at hourly rates to complete the maintenance projects. Bids shall be sealed and marked "SCIOTO CONSERVANCY DISTRICT MAINTENANCE CONTRACT 2023, 2024, AND 2025" and mailed or delivered to: Gina M. Piacentino, Attorney 355 E Center Street, Suite 201 Marion, OH 43302 By 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time November 21, 2022 or delivered to the meeting no later than 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Attention of bidders is called to all the requirements contained in the proposal packet, particularly to various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, Minority Business Enterprises, Ohio Products, Equal Employment Opportunities, proof of Workers' Compensation coverage, Evidence of Competency form as provided in the Proposal Packet, the Specifications and General Conditions. All bidders shall comply with the provisions of the American Disabilities Act of 1990. This is not an Ohio Prevailing Wage Contract. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Board of Directors of the Scioto Conservancy District reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
