Janitorial services for Lynden's City Hall building, City Hall Annex, City Shop, Police Department offices and Downtown Restroom facility. The Lynden City Council will review the recommendation for award at a regularly scheduled city council meeting in December. Prevailing wage rates are the minimum wage rates required and the effective date is the proposal due date. Multi-year contracts will include prevailing wage increase language. The successful vendor will have staff that are willing to be fingerprinted and able to pass a Lynden Police Department background investigation. The successful vendor must comply with federal, state and local equal opportunity requirements.
