Period / Completion time: From January 7, 2023 to June 5, 2023. The work must be fully executed, all reports must be submitted and invoices sent to the email address srm.facturation@csdm.qc.ca no later than June 20, 2023. Performance bond ( not applicable to this project) Security of contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services ( not applicable to this project) No renewal option. For details concerning the completion period, you can contact the CSSDM representative. No details on the estimated value of the total or partial contract will be provided. Bid bond: All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total cost of the tender, including applicable taxes, in favor of the Center de services scolaire. This bid security must be presented in one of the following forms: A certified cheque;
An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a financial institution valid for a period of 45 days following the date of opening of tenders. [C1]
A bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act.
As bid security, only the surety bond and the irrevocable letter of guarantee are accepted when transmitting a bid electronically.
