Services and products to be rendered in performing all work associated with project development shall include, but may not be limited to: Task 1 Project Management and Administration Task 2 Utility, Right-of-way and Field Research and Review Task 3 Hydraulic / Hydrologic Analysis Task 4 Prepare Preliminary Concepts Task 5 Community Outreach Task 6 Prepare Feasibility Report The City of Pico Rivera is seeking qualified consultants to provide professional engineering services to develop a feasibility study for the Historic Whittier Boulevard Bridge Bike/Pedestrian Bridge, NonCIP 30056. The Project is state-funded and services must primarily comply with the guidelines from Prop 68 Rivers and Mountain Conservancy guidelines. The City is seeking consultants with extensive general civil, environmental and structural engineering experience. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
