Project/Work: 2022 Phase III Demolitions of Unsafe Structures All vendors must be licensed to perform demolition work in East Chicago, Indiana. The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Removal of the following unsafe structures in East Chicago, Indiana GROUP 1 3433 Guthrie St. 3467 Guthrie St. 3583 Guthrie St. GROUP 2 2106 E. Columbus Drive 2120 E. Columbus Drive This Work will be funded by the City of East Chicago using its Unsafe Building Funds. Contract Documents for the Project/Work have been assembled which, may be examined at City Hall, 4525 Indianapolis Boulevard, East Chicago, Indiana. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interest of the Owner after all bids have been examined and canvassed. All questions must be submitted by email to James Portalatin, at jportalatin@eastchicago.com no later than November 10, 2022 at 11am.
