The City of Lomita is seeking written proposals from qualified Contractors for On-Call Water Pipeline Construction and Repair Services for a period of three (3) years, with the option, at the City's sole discretion, to extend for up to two (2) additional years upon successful demonstration of contract performance. This RFP describes the required scope of services and the minimum information that must be included in the proposal. Failure to submit information in accordance with the RFP requirements may be cause for disqualification.
