Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, and personnel to: provide the DSH with sallyport and pedestrian gate maintenance and incidental repairs. DSH - Metropolitan as of September 1, 2020, consist of two (2) site locations: (1) 11401 S. Bloomfield Avenue, Norwalk, CA 90650; & (2) 13200 Bloomfield Avenue. This agreement is only for the primary location at DSH - Metropolitan, 11401 S. Bloomfield Avenue. The services shall be performed for the Department of State Hospitals at the following location: DSH-Metropolitan 11401 South Bloomfield Avenue Norwalk, CA 90650 DSH-Metropolitan Alternate Care Site 13200 Bloomfield Ave. Norwalk, CA 90650 The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be December 1, 2022, through June 30, 2025. Bidders who wish to attend the conference must notify Kenny Tuey via e-mail at Kenny.Tuey@dsh.ca.gov by 3:00 p.m. on November 29, 2022.
