Metropolitan's facility is located downtown at 700 North Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 and the Diamond Valley Lake Visitor Center is located 2325 Searl Parkway, Hemet CA 92543.

Initial Contract Contract Renewal Contractor irrevocably offers Metropolitan the right, at Metropolitan's sole option, to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods. Upon Metropolitan's election to accept renewal, notice of renewal will be given to the Contractor in writing by Metropolitan, normally within 60 days before the expiration date of the current contract. Price and Price Adjustments
Metropolitan's Union Station pricing (wages and benefits) will be based on the pricing contained in the "Building Engineering Union 501" contract and Metropolitan's contract pricing will remain fixed for the entire term of the contract, but pricing will adjust, if necessary, according to any changes made to the "Building Engineering Union 501" contract. 1. Demonstrate that Respondent's staff are Building Owners and Managers Association Certified;
2. Demonstrate experience in providing Building Operating Engineering Services in a facility comparable in size to Metropolitan within the last three years;
3. Submit a copy of documented Safety Program;
4. Respondents shall have all required licenses, permits and accreditation required by the State of California to perform these services. The initial term of the agreement is for a one-year period. The initial agreement is anticipated to be effective approximately January 2, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
