2022 Metal recycling at Loyalton Transfer Station. Please provide a quote for the following items: Removal of appliances, scrap metal, scrap aluminum and up to four (4) cars from Loyalton Landfill. This quote must include processing and shipping. Contractors are encouraged to inspect the site of the work in order to satisfy themselves, by personal examination or by such other means as they may prefer; of the location of the proposed work; and as to the actual conditions of; and at the site of work. If, during the course of the examination Contractor finds facts or conditions which appear confusing to Contractor, Contractor shall apply to County for additional information and explanation before submitting the quote. However, no such supplemental information so requested or furnished shall vary the terms of the specifications or the Contractor's sole responsibility to satisfy himself or herself as to the conditions of the work to be performed. At the Loyalton site there is mixed metals consisting of iron and other scrap metals and scrap aluminum. Hazardous wastes have been removed from all appliances by a certified appliance recycler.
