The Contract scope of work includes Low Voltage Cabling, Door hardware and Access Control System. The scope of work includes the addition of a category 6 cable per the specifications, the removal of the existing lockset, the boring the existing door to provide a pathway for the new lockset. The contractor shall add a new door position switch. Further, the contractor shall provide a new McKinney QC8 ElectroLynx-style transfer hinge with factory-made wiring harnesses. The contractor shall provide a new Sargent LX-RX-8271-12V electrified mortise lockset with integrated request to exit and monitored thumb latch. The contractor shall provide a new AMAG Bluetooth card reader ( AMAG-939 standard reader, AMAG-929 mullion reader) at each door.
